At Talent Hub Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality career and talent consulting services. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully before purchasing any service.
1. Candidate Sessions
Candidate sessions (such as the Clarity & Roadmap Session and Interview Power Session) are refundable only if canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no session has been booked or delivered, and no preparation work has begun.
Rescheduling: You are allowed one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions (no-shows) and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are strictly nonrefundable.
2. Document Services (CV / LinkedIn)
Document optimization services (such as the Signature CV Rewrite or LinkedIn Optimization) are refundable only before any work begins. Once your materials have been reviewed, drafting has begun, or preparation has started, the service becomes entirely nonrefundable.
3. Packages
Comprehensive packages (such as the Career Pivot Package and Job Search Accelerator) are refundable only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work has started, no sessions have been booked, and no materials have been reviewed.
4. Company Consultation / Audit
Company Consultation and Audit services are refundable only if canceled at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
5. Custom Project Deposits
For larger company services and custom projects, any deposits paid are nonrefundable once research, planning, drafting, or project kickoff has begun.
