These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Talent Hub Consulting LLC. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Talent Hub Consulting provides career coaching and consulting services. All services are advisory only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes such as job placement or hiring results.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards only for individual career coaching services. Debit cards are not accepted for individual sessions.

For corporate services, both credit and debit cards may be accepted. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Stripe.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ prior written notice. Requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in full forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Talent Hub Consulting are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Hub Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
