All sessions are conducted via live video call. We work in a highly interactive way—this is not passive advice. You leave every session with clarity, structure, and concrete next steps.

You'll receive a scheduling link and onboarding instructions. From there, we start with a strategy session, define your goals, and build a clear plan. We then execute together step by step.
We work collaboratively until the document meets the agreed strategic direction. Most services include at least one full revision round, with adjustments based on feedback discussed during sessions.

Payments & Policies
We accept credit card payments through a secure platform. For company services, additional payment options may be available upon request.
All sales are generally final. For packages, refunds may be requested within 7 days if no session has been used, minus an administrative fee. Once services begin, refunds are not issued.
Yes—with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
