All sessions are conducted online via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform), making them accessible worldwide. In-person sessions are also available in select US cities. You'll receive a calendar link to choose a time that works for you.

Every optimization includes a full rewrite or restructure of your document, ATS keyword alignment, strategic positioning of your experience, and one revision round. For LinkedIn, this also includes headline, summary, and experience section rewrites.

Yes. Salary negotiation coaching is included in the Job Search Accelerator package and is also available as a standalone add-on ($119). I'll help you research market rates, frame your ask confidently, and respond to counteroffers strategically.

Once you submit an inquiry or book a call, you'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with a brief intake questionnaire and a link to schedule your first session. Most packages begin within 3-5 business days of booking.

All document packages include one revision round. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee. Rush turnaround (within 48 hours) is available for +25% of the package price.

I offer six core services for companies: Consultation / Audit ($295), Onboarding Audit Lite (from $750), Onboarding Design Project (from $1,800), Retention Diagnostic (from $1,500), Employer Brand / Hiring Process Refresh (from $1,250), and Leadership Workshops (virtual 90-min from $900, virtual 2-hour from $1,500, in-person from $2,200 + travel). Additional flexible support includes advisory from $145/hour and custom support based on your team's needs.

All company engagements begin with a free discovery call to understand your goals and challenges. From there, I'll propose a custom scope and timeline. Most projects begin within 1-2 weeks of agreement.

Yes. I have extensive experience working with distributed, multicultural, and international teams. All services are available remotely, and I'm comfortable working across time zones.

Payments are processed securely online via credit card or debit card. Company invoicing is available for engagements over $1,000. Payment is due at the time of booking for candidate packages.

If you need to cancel before your first session, you'll receive a full refund. After the first session has taken place, refunds are not available for completed work. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out directly — I'm committed to making it right.

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Packages can be paused for up to 30 days if needed.
