I’m Johanna Ramos, founder of Talent Hub Consulting.
Thanks to God, I have had the privilege of living and working across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. Those transitions taught me something most consultants never experience firsthand: what it truly feels like to navigate a job search in a new country, culture, and language.
But I didn’t rely on personal experience alone. I built a rigorous academic foundation to understand the mechanics of work at a deeper level. I earned my degree in Labour Relations and later a Master’s in Labour Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This gave me a strong, structural understanding of employment systems — from contracts and HR compliance to organizational behaviour — going far beyond standard career advice.
At the same time, my approach is deeply human. I come from a family that taught me the value of helping others and finding purpose in that path. They also reminded me that helping others is not always easy, and that real growth comes from embracing every stage of life — not just the outcomes.
That perspective is at the core of how I work with my clients. You won’t always be job searching, changing careers, or pursuing a new goal — those are just moments within a larger journey. What truly matters is how you move through those moments: with clarity, intention, and the right strategy to make the process more focused, effective, and often shorter than expected.
What I saw inside companies changed everything.
Working inside companies across three continents, I saw the other side of the table. I saw brilliant candidates rejected because their CV didn’t speak the right language, and I saw companies lose exceptional people because onboarding was an afterthought.
I realized that understanding the legal and operational side of HR wasn’t enough — I needed to understand the human side. That’s why I became a certified Executive Coach through the Escuela Europea de Coaching. It allowed me to combine hard HR expertise with the psychological tools needed to guide people through high-stakes career transitions.

I created Talent Hub Consulting to bridge the gap between what candidates need and what companies offer. With over a decade of experience, a Master’s in Labour Law, and formal executive coaching training, I bring a unique dual perspective.
I help professionals turn uncertainty into concrete opportunities, and I help companies build hiring and retention systems that actually work. The future of work isn’t coming. We’re building it — with strategy, deep expertise, and above all, closeness.
