Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a session has been booked or materials delivered.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ written notice without charge.
- Requests with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
3. Refunds for Packages
If no session has been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee. Once a session is used, no refunds are issued.
4. Digital Products
All digital materials are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Payment Method Restriction
Individual career coaching services are available using credit cards only. Debit cards are not accepted for individual sessions.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Any chargeback for services already rendered will be contested. You agree to reimburse us for all resulting fees and costs.
