1. Services

Talent Hub Consulting provides career coaching and talent consulting services. Our services are advisory in nature. While we are committed to delivering the highest quality guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or hiring results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. We accept major credit and debit cards.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before completing a purchase.

4. Rescheduling

Session-based services may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during consulting sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or professional information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during sessions, is the intellectual property of Talent Hub Consulting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Hub Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
